All pieces of the elegant sets are possible rewards from Treasure Trails; red, blue and green are possible rewards from easy clue scrolls, and black, white and purple are possible rewards from medium clue scrolls.
As with all treasure trails, there's a slight chance of earning what you aim for. The only other way to obtain pieces of the elegant clothing would be through trade in the Grand Exchange or by trading other players; you can't get these through monsters drops.
