When you're going the quest 'Wish for the Vien Forest' you need to go where Blastoise is catch the Floatzel near the entrance to where Blastoise is, swim down the stream to near the waterfall, then chase Celebi.
You'll need the Doduo to chase Celebi, because it runs very fast.
You can only get this quest by compleating all the other quests.

∙ 14y agoIt is easy just get up to where you saw the women with the five chatot (the cliff right hand cave) and you will see a peliper trying to show you a gible in trouble catch the gible. (Quest)
