do this 1st section offline
a] turn off system restore where a virus,ect. can hide.turning off S.R. will delete all previous restore points
b] run anti virus program
c] run anti spyware program
d] delete history,temp files and cookies in internet options
e] delete prefetch files in prefetch folder [ (c) drive--windows--prefetch
since you have a virus on board,you either do not have an anti virus program or you turned off both your firewall + anti virus.
IF you have an anti virus program,run that and be sure your firewall is active and STAYS that way.
if you don't have an anti virus program,i suggest you install Avast anti virus [ set it and forget it ] AND Ccleaner to clean out unwanted programs and files.click tools and uninstall anything that should NOT be on your computer.
check out Add/Remove in control panel and do the same there.
you should now have a clean operating system. now it's time to set up a new,clean restore point to work from.
worse case scenario would have you re installing windows operating system
