How to get super strong bones.

Drink some milk, get some exercise.

According to my notes, drinking 3 cups of milk,

Nonfat or low-fat is essential for strong bones.

Also, having 1 hour of exercise gives you more stamina,

Speed, and keeps you fit. Doing this also increases the strength

Of your bones.
