no you have to wait and it will say you can bring him outside
you can't even bring your pet out side only members sad~ no that's because if your not a member u only have pebbles and you have a orange one with pink hair.
^Non-members can have any pet, and take it out/put it in their house (except the Pebbles, apparently their 'shy'. My friend is a non-member and she has a pet(it's a Pebble), and can take it outside (you're an idiot.....). Sorry person for not answering your question (it was already kinda answered) but I just wanted to tell whoever wrote that(^^^^^) that their wrong.
