∙ 13y agoTheres no way to truley ensure it without cheats. You can used " boolprop cheats enabed true " then get the tombstone of life and death and make a baby girl. other then that its 50%- 50%. But incase your interested, its proven that if the sims eat cheese cake before trying for a baby, the chance of twins gos up!
