If this is a BB gun, then there are numbers associated with it. They start with 799 or 126. I need these numbers to Identify who made the rifle and it will also Identify the model.

Actually, yes i do better yet, don't be concered with serial numbers, not helpfull to any degree. top of luger, over chamber, is the date gun was made. same goes for the rifle.

I think it's 1950-1960. 1950 ended with number 1,724,295. 1960 ended with number 2,469,821 Nope. Too many numbers. Rifle is in excellent condition and sights appear much more modern.
