It is quite simple really. Utilise liquid eyeliner to do the cat like effect on your eyes by extending the line past your normal eyelash line. If have little expertise with liquid eyeliners (and because if you mess up the line it is almost impossible to fix) and you do not wish to start your make up all over, do this: Use an eyeliner pencil to draw the line and then go over it with liquid eyeliner (remember to extend the line) it will look cleaner, and you can make the line thicker if you desire to add more effect and use a little white eyeliner on the waterline of your eye to make your eyes look bigger. Mascara is also important. Hope this helps =]
