Basically it is energy in and energy out. If you eat more energy than your body needs your body will store the excess energy as fat.
So what you need to do is eat less and exercise more.
But you need to eat good food. Food that is not refined food.
Getting help from a nutritionist and/or exercise trainer would be a good thing to do.
Have a limb amputated. No really, you didn't gain 70 pounds in one week, how can you expect to lose it in one week? It would be aggressive to try and lose 70 pounds in 6 months. That would be 3 pounds a week and that is very hard!
Diet and exercise. You have to want it bad enough to actually work for it.
It's different for everyone, but I would hope it would take at least 6 months.
you have to lose 6 pounds
6 pounds in a week
100 pounds
lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks
it depends on how much you weigh
Get Surgery. Its impossible.
I don't see why not, it worked for me!
There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
I don't think you will lose much if anything if at. You should exercise every other day for about 30 minutes or more (and be vegetarian or vegan). Don't eat after 6-7pm.
