Indian Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lb ziti pasta, uncooked
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lb ground beef
2 26-ounce jars spaghetti sauce
6 oz sliced provolone cheese
1 1/2 C sour cream
6 oz shredded mozzarella
2 T parmesan cheese
Procedure:
Cook ziti pasta in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Brown onion and ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to the meat and onions, mix well and simmer 15 minutes. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer: 1/2 of the ziti, all the provolone cheese, all the sour cream, 1/2 of the meat/sauce mixture, the remaining ziti, all the mozzarella cheese, and the remaining meat/sauce mixture. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheeseBake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
