Crack in intake or exhust, or belt glazing- Check all the intake and exhust bolts.

EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculator,and it basically is a valve that circulates hot exhust gas in the air fuel mix to make the engine run smoother when cold .
there is no way for that to happen. nothing with the a/c connects to the exhust. no way for the compresser to shot freon into the motor and out the exhust. all of the toobing for the a/c is on the outside of the motor. the same with the a/c compresser. the only part that is in the car is the cooling unit that blows are into the car. are you smooking crack?
It is located on the passenger side of the engine under the exhust manifold.
They don't make a sound.
Look under the exhust manifold.
Moles don't really make sound but they might make kinda a little sound.
