Have one person driving another person taking the picture.
can you show me a picture of this car
Yes As long as they do no damage to it and put it back, it is legal. Per U.C.C.
No, otherwise people would hide the vehicle, move it into a garage, etc.
I presume you mean they're on a slope. In which case, the car with the most marbles will move first, because it's heavier.
Sure, but you are taking a chance of getting struck by lighting if you are outside.
Torque is used when taking off or pulling a load. The more torque you have the faster the car will take off.
It could, yes.
The car will jerk, feel like there is something heavy slowing it down and then it will not move. It happened to me today and you will know it when it happens. The car will not be able to move until that axle is fixed (which is a cheap fix)
A car parked on the street or in a public parking place is still your private property, but you have no expectation of privacy in regards to anyone taking your picture or observing your behavior. A windshield is a window, not a wall . Behave accordingly .
you can replace the speedometer by taking it to your nearest car dealers shop/ sale or you can just take it and post it online by taking a picture and people can tell you and give you a bit more information about this ;)
the gauges move in the first place bacause of air pressure/temp so when u shut off your car the pressure is released because the gauges would break more frequently otherwise.
