there is a little hole under the CD door, push something thin there and the door will open.
Gently push the end of an opened (unbent) paper clip into the small hole on the front of the door. It doesn't take much pressure.
If pressing the eject button on the drive does nothing, look for a small hole next to the eject button. Straighten out a paperclip and push it in to that hole. If the door tries to open, but the CD is jamming it shut, you may need to have a professional replace your optical drive.
