If you are trying to remove just the plastic portion, there is screw inside at the top of each the four air ducts that need to be removed. I think the screws along the glove box need to be removed also.

You have to remove the engine mount next to it, then remove the 4 bolts in the pulley
unbolt it
Pull the bulb...
You just remove it from where it is located. It is located under the dashboard on the driver side of the steering column mounted to a support bracket. Very easy to do.

Behind the right side of glove box, you have to remove kick panel on bottom a dashboard and flip glove box out to view and replace.
