Most diesel engines are governors to prevent engine damage
there some aftermarket devices to allow engine to rev higher
such as governor spring kits on older ones or programmer chips
for newer ones hope this helps lots info on diesel engine forums
The rev limiter is part of the engine computer programming. The computer would need reprogrammed to change the rev limiter.
they are limited to 130 or 135 but sofware exists to remove the limiter, depends on which engine is in it, an R or T5 can do 150 with the limiter removed

you cant easily as it is internal to the master engine computer module
It is not recommended by the manufacturer to remove the speed limiter on a Fiat Doblo. The speed limiter is installed for the safety of the vehicle operator.
The rev limiter is part of the rotor arm so you need to replace the rotor arm with one that has no rev limiter,but it does have it for a reason !!!! to stop you blowing the engine up
Do you mean the REV Limiter? It is in the computer. Can't remove that!
What happens is you must remove the petrol immediately. Petrol or gasoline will destroy a diesel engine.
