The most common cause of that is the front brake rotors are out of round / warped. Replace rotors are have them turned.
Most Honda brake rotors require a large slide hammer as they are not only pressed onto the hub, but also rusted which makes it very hard to remove. This may well require an experienced technician.
Tap on the rotors with a hammer, after removing the tire and wheel and the brake assembly. The rotors will come loose. Slide the rotors off and reverse the process.

Remove wheels Remove 2 caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor and support Rotors should slide of wheel hub I posted this question originally and just finished changing them. I had difficulty removing the rotors (after removing the calipers as noted above) because they had rusted to the axle/wheel mount. Consequently, although it was a small bead of rust--I had to first heat the rotors with with a small propane torch and then beat them with a sledge hammer to break the rust bond free. Then the just slid off the lug bolts/wheel mount. I ended up replacing the rotors instead of having them turned.
Removing Front & Rear Rotors Well Guys... I remove my Front & Rear Rotors out of my 1998 Ford Expedition XLT. I rented a 3 Jaw Puller from Auto Zone and a bottle of PB Blaster and a sledge hammer it only took about one hour or less to take both off... The way I removed the Front & Rear Rotors was ... 1. I put lots of PB Blaster in the back and the front of the rotors to be removed. 2. I put plenty of tension with the 3 Jaw Puller... 3. I hit the back of the rotor with the sledge hammer... And it came right off... Hope this helps someone out there...
At the top of each of the wheel cylinders
The Ford Expedition don't have drums. They have rotors all around. I used a 3 jaw pulley to get mines off. You maybe able to rent this tool. I did at a tool rental place.
Removing the rotors is very easy. Remove the wheel, then the calipers. Remove the two Phillips head screws from the rotor. The factory rotors will have two threaded holes in which you insert the appropriate sized bolts (not the same holes that you just removed the Phillips head screws from) and turn the bolts in until the rotor pops off. I replaced the rotors and put in a new set of brake pads in about 30 minutes per wheel. There should be no surprises.
I recently got a quote for my 2003 Kia Optima brake pads & rotors to be replaced in the rear and it came to $183 before taxes. This price is to replace both pads and rotors completely. Usually rotors don't cost much to be turned.
take off a retaining nut?
Remove the tires. Remove the two 17mm bolts holding the brake calipers over the rotor. Remove the two screws holding the rotors onto the spindle. you may need to use a hammer with that screwdriver because some tend to be too tight to break by hand. just reverse process to put on new one
