Remove inside door panel. With the window rolled up and using a light you can see inside where there are two 10mm bolts that hold it in place. One of the bolts has a plastic cap in the door that covers the opening, remove that cap to gain access to that bolt. Remove both bolts. Wiggle the handle out in the open just enough to release the plastic clips that hold the two linkages in place. Once the linkage is disconnected the handle is free to come out. Reverse for assembly.
