The first thing You need to do is remove the engine so it will be out of your way. The next step is to remove the steering wheel so it doesn't turn and run u over. The third step is you need to remove all of the wheels so it doesn't start moving and run u over because u never know your breaks might fail and that is never good. Also you should replace the breaks while you have the wheels off just because it's standard precedure. And to remove the right fender there is two bolts located under the transmission housing with a wire hooked to it. You need to remove those and the fender should snap off with no problem. Getting the alignment(gap) right is the hardest. Just need to remove the headlight, raise the hood unbolt the fender bolts. The fender bolts near the door jam, You get access with the door open. You might need to remove the bumper to remove.
Look under the right front fender (Passenger's side), you will have to remove the plastic under skirt to get to it.
Easy. Remove dash panel,two side clamps with your fingers and it comes right out. Just take your time.

The right front fender on the 2003 Honda Civic is held on by several mounting bolts and screws. Raise the hood and loosen the bolts. Raise the vehicle and remove the wheel to reach the bolts in the wheel weld. Remove the bolts inside the door hinge and the screws on the bumper. Remove the fender.
