A very very good way to get rid of the sun burns (I am guessing that is what you are taking about) is to obviously use sun screen.
But if you have a sun burnt face then something very useful, is using sour cream, yogurt or other thicker dairy product on for about fifteen minutes. It will smell quite bad but as long as it is fro the fridge it will remove the redness as well. After doing so it is a good idea to moisturise with a thicker moisturiser then a daily one after that.
If you have skin peel from sun burns, it is a good idea to exfoliate very lightly and then moisturise with a more natural moisturiser. Try olive oil or finely chopped cucumber which are great and they will not worsen skin conditions as some chemicals might as it is completely natural. Hope this helps!
