drive them out from the opposite side with a long screwdriver and hammer hitting on the outside edge of the bearing. The chain side has a threaded retaining plate that has to be unscrewed first with a spanner wrench or whatever you can fit into the 4 holes on the plate.When
installing new bearings make sure to drive them in evenly taping on the outside of the bearing not the inside part that spins or on the seals.

It would be recommended to replace the rear axle bearings and axles when they are worn/bad. If the bearings and axles are okay, just replace the seals.
