To actually GET to the bulb, you pull the trim towards you from below the radio. As far as obtaining a new bulb, either junkyard or dealership. It's not a common store-bought bulb.
Pull off your radio bezel. On the back side of the clock is a little black plastic nut. If I recall about a 6mm. Twist that out and there is the bulb. From What I have found it is only availble at the dealer.
There is no bulb, the clock is actually an LCD. The clock will have to be replaced.

On a 1999 Honda Accord you can pop the clock assy out and replace the samll bulb. It's Sunday so the dealers are not open and I'm searching for the bulb now.
You have to unbolt the headlight completely. once u do then the bulb holder can be pulled from the back and the bulb taken out.. FYI it isn't as easy as it sounds... the clipps holding in the headlight are a pain.. BTW bulb is about $15!!
Hi, the bulb with it´s cover is placed on the back of the clock. To remove the dash you will need a flat screwdriver, when dash is loose beware of the cable to adjust ventilation with. Easiest way to find the bulb is if you unscrew the clock from dash. The cover for the bulb is in the middle on the clock, there you just place a screwdriver and unscrew it ,bulb will be uncovered. remove the surrounding frame (snap on clips) pull it forward --remove the three screws holding the lighter -pull it down-- pull down on the clock and turn it around then turn the bulb socket a quarter turn pull it out replace the bulb # l0000073 and turn the key on to see if it lights replace in reverse
pop that console out with a knife or key and then the bulb is a small twist out you'll have to find in a store or online
