Rx Only - Prescription Only - Single Patient Use Only - Do Not Reuse."
Obviously the FDA imposes the above restrictions and any attempt to reset the device so that it could be used by someone else would be a violation of the same Federal Law that makes it illegal to give your prescription drugs to someone else.
