How to rid nail polish from wood floor?

Since you want to finish it you probably don't want to gouge the wood. I would recommend trying to grab them up with needlenose pliers first, then using a pair of vice grips to hold the nail and give you something to grip with a pry bar. Remember to put something between the pry bar and the floor to prevent marring of the wood with the bar. If you can't pull them out punch them in and hide the hole with some putty. Use a belt sander with aluminum oxide paper and grind them down smoothe to the surface of the wood. They will add charachter to the final result and be flush to the wood as not to snag or poke you. just remember to sand in the direction of the grain and not against it.

chances are the nail polish remover is not "on" the wood floor to be removed so much as it has removed the finish from the wood floor. If it's an actual wood floor as opposed to laminate, sand the area lightly with 4 0000 steel wool, wipe away the debris with tack cloth, and then apply a thin layer of clear polyurethane to the sanded area. If the area still seems rough, repeat the process. if it's a laminate, check with the manufacturer before attempting any repair.

Use nail polish remover.. Acetone it is known as, but use sparingly. Rub into polish and when nail polish is removed, rub lemon oil or lemon essence ( used in cakes) and a bit of cooking oil together and rub into wooden floor to replenish the wood. You may have a patch for a little while but it will eventually fade. Also, don't walk on it whilst wet or you'll slip !
