Healthy weight loss programs start and end with proper nutrition and exercise. Making sure you are consistent with your diet and with your exercise program is just as critical as the other is for success. Be consistent and you will see results.
I personaly don't have a answer for you...But I know that if you talk with your doctor and get a health plan from him/her that is the best way to start a healthy diet. Also Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers have had great results that continue past the weight loss for the rest of your life. It's not really a diet persay you need, you just need to know how to eat healthy and properly.
I do not think that Alli is a good source for women weight loss. It is actually blocking the fat from your diet so if you decide to start eating healthier, you are also blocking the healthy fats. It promotes unhealthy eating habits as well. Exercise and a healthy diet are more safe for weight loss than using Alli.
If you want to lose weight in two weeks you are just going to have to start exercising. There are no miracle diet plans which are healthy to lose large amounts of weight in 2 weeks.
It is recommended that a healthy weight loss is around 2 or 2.5 lbs a week implicating proper diet and exercise regime. More than this is not considered to be healthy.
