Brake squeek or "Brake Squeel" is common in many vehicles. There are two reason for this annoying noise. One your brakes are worn out and are cutting into your rotors and drums or it is brake pad vibration. If it is the first then you need to have a brake job done. If it is the second then you can get a "Brake Squeel Kit" from just about any automotive store. These kits contain a blue lubricant as well as backing tape that fits on the back of your brake pads. The idea of this is to stop the vibration of the brake pads which could be causing your brake squeel. One last note as well, check and see if you have any tiny particles of gravel caught between your pads and rotors as this will also contribute to brake squeel as well. Good luck!!
