Very dangerous to mess with airbags. Usually with Mercs the passenger side airbag is only active when the seat is occupied. If your thinking of using a child seat I strongly suggest you contact your local Mercedes dealer for advice.
Well, it depends on the model year of the Corvette. On most C-5 models there is a switch in the passenger glove box. Just stick key into that switch and turn to off. On newer models, there are pressure sensors in the passenger seat to determine the weight of the passenger, I think the weight trigger is 80 pounds. If weight is under 80 pounds, say for a small child, the airbag will be off. If weight is over, the airbag will be on.
Airbags turn on at 108 pounds on the passenger side of a Rav 4. This differs from model to model.
That model year was manufactured BEFORE an "On/Off" switch for the passenger airbag was mandated. There probably is a way to disable the bag entirely but it would have to be done by a mechanic who knew the wiring and probably no reputable shop will do the work because of law and liability. Alternatively: I'm fairly certain that an "after-market" switch could be rigged and installed. All it takes is money.
depend on year and make of your Vehicle. if late model Ford/Lincoln, it means your driver side "seat belt pretensionor". (There is small bomb in seat belt retractor related with airbag) if early model Ford/Lincoln (and maybe some GM), it means passenger side airbag "System" Don't take it lightly as "Oh, it's just seat belt pretensionor. Airbag still fine". your airbag may not deploy to avoid injured by airbag, if something malfunctioned with pretensionor.
For most models of that year, the switch is on the dash panel. Specifically where depends on model.
what is a 2006 airbag model honda goldwing gl 1800
It depends on where an airbag located as well as brand and model of the car.
The only way on that year model is to unplug it. You can go up above the glovebox, and you will see the connector. There is no disarm switch on that year Explorer. The airbag light is going to flash and illuminate after you do, but that is the only way.
Code: 33 Passenger Air Bag Circuit Resistance High What year of Expedition ? if older model (I think 2002 or 2003 or older) is passenger side airbag circuit malfunctioned. if newer than 2002 or 2003 (Sorry not sure exact year they changed code), it means Driver side pretentionor (Seat belt retractor). There is small bomb in seat belt Retractor to make passenger tight fit to seat when airbag deploy. if something is wrong with seat belt retractor bomb (pretensionor), airbag itself may may not work to avoid injury by airbag.
No
I had this problem a year ago, after I moved the passenger seat back fully. After a few days of the airbag light staying on, I thought to check the wiring under the seat, gave it a wiggle on the connector, and no more problems! The model is a Mazda 3 2.0L sport '54' reg.
That varies from year/make/model.
