How to tell each enchantment is going to be in minecraft before u enchant it?

There is no way. Even if you translate the letters, the words you get do not tell you anything about the enchantment you're going to get.

The same way you enchant other tools. Put it in an enchantment table and pick one of the three enchantments. The more bookcases around it, the better enchnatments you get. If you want, you can go look at the wiki to predict what your enchantment is going to be, but it's a long, long process.

Weapon Enchantment is enchanting your weapon so it could be stronger(do more damage) You can do this by going to Blacksmith Davy (or whatever his name is) and you click on him and there it says :Repair,,,Enachant,,,Conversation. You have to make a sword, then you need a enchantment table, the enchantments are random because you dont know what your going to get because the enchantments are all written in glyphs. Usually to get the enchantment that you want which I presume is Fire Aspect then the enchantment tabs you should click on is between Level 23-30. You can also use a book to make an enchantment book and it shows in it's name what it is, so its a bit better than just using an enchantment table on a sword.
