Mark the level on the dipstick. If after driving 500 miles, it is lower and there are no external leaks, it is burning oil.

Pull the code that has been set by the ECU with an OBD2 scanner. Once you have the code or codes they will tell you what part is being effected and where to start looking for the problem.

Call your local dealer with the Vin number and they will tell you if you have any active recalls.
sounds like its flooding. does it do it all the time or only once?
Hi Well you better sit down so I can tell you where the gas filter is located for a 2008 Jeep Liberty Its located in the gas tank on the end of the gas line yep in the tank PERFECT
Look for speed sensor wiring at the front wheel bearings. If you have front speed sensors, you have abs.
Go to an auto parts store and ask them to link up to the Jeep's computer.
I am personally going through the same dilema of finding the infamous fuse for the power mirrors on the 2006 Jeep Liberty, and came to find out there is none. That's the beauty of American vehicles...poor workmanship and deplorable performance. If anybody can tell me how to fix the power mirrors or where the GHOST fuse is located, iw ould be eternally grateful:).
it depends on what your gonna do and what parts you use. go to your local auto parts store and tell them what your planning on doing or take it to your jeep dealership and ask them cuz if u dont have any idea the cost you obviously dont know what your doing so have a professional do it.
The statue of liberty is a male. You can tell by the face.
There is a fusebox on the left end of the dashboard when you open the door. It is enclosed behind a removable panel. There is a decal on the back of the panel numbering the fuses. Your owner's manual will tell you which number fuse is for which circuit.
Your owner's manual will tell you use HOAT antifreeze only. This is not Dex-Cool. This is not the Prestone stuff. HOAT is easiest to find as Mopar brand at your dealer or as Zerex at an auto store.
