To create 32 (25) subnets we will use first five bits for Network part and will leave 3 bits as Host bits in third octet. Now Addressing will be:
Network Address: 172.16.0.0\21 or 172.16.0.0 Subnet Mask: 255.255.248.0
First two networks will be : (1) 172.16.0.0-172.16.7.255\21, (2) 172.16.8.0-172.16.15.255\21 and last two networks will be (1) 172.16.240.0-172.16.247.255\21, (2) 172.16.248.0-172.16.255.255\21.
