to have fun in your weightlifting room or pick up the groceries for your mom!
eat/drink a lot of protein and work your biceps
Many people have the misconception that biceps play an important role in Weightlifting. The biceps muscle is relatively unimportant in good weightlifting technique. The force for lifting and accelerating the bar is produced in the legs and the quadriceps is the main muscle group. The triceps play an important part in holding weights overhead. The function of the tricep is to straighten the arm, and in holding a weight overhead the elbows must be locked out and the triceps make this happen.
"work on your biceps triceps and pectorials to improve your swing or your quads to improve your stace" Wrong. Wrong. WRONG. Teenage boys are in no position to disseminate weightlifting advice, such as in the original answer. The asker, like all other people who engage in weightlifting, needs to strengthen their whole body with weightlifting, using compound lifts.

Yes, the barbell row does work the biceps, but it primarily targets the muscles in the upper back and shoulders. The biceps act as secondary muscles during the exercise.
You need to work your biceps and pump the guns until you eventually become stronger.
i am not sure but it might have something to do with your triceps and biceps

Rows are primarily used to work your back but they also work your biceps and I suppose your legs a little bit.
