Well I like to have my foot rite behind the bolts of the nose of the skateboard(I sk8 goofy) n my bak foot on the back of the concave lke on the side of the tail n u have to flick up n out n jump hi over ur board I learned by landing them bakwards purposely so u can get the landn down n I wud land the kickflip with 1 foot n I wud keep switching them up till I got comfortable enuff to just flick out n land it so u need pop flick n sum hight cuz ur YMHA have 2 jump hi over ur board to land n also alotta Ppl say catch it with ur bk foot thts just a load of crap lke I catch mine wit my front foot n sumtimes even with bothfeet jus do wit makes u comfortable dnt go tryn 2 land it like the pros jus practice n practice n ull have them down no doubt dude
