We are not sure which of Shakespeare's plays was the first, and we have very little information on the style of performance.
There is a drawing of a scene from Titus Andronicus (which might have been his first play) which gives us some idea of costume and the arrangement of actors on stage during that scene.

Do you mean which play was first or which play was the best of all the Shakespeare plays which were performed at the Globe? If the latter, it is really just a matter of opinion. If the former, a lot of people think the first play to play at the Globe was Julius Caesar.

There are no specific records of which were the first two plays Shakespeare had performed. There is a great deal of speculation. There are records of the first publications, but that is not the same thing.
Both Titus Andronicus and Henry VI Part II were published in 1594.
