Do you mean Utah in it's early days of statehood, or Utah early in the year? For the first one, I'm guessing it would be the same - scientific studies show that (so far) Global Warming has no effect on Utah's climate.

So November-March - SNOW

April-May - Rain, and warming up

June-August - HOT HOT HOT HOT Frequent T-storms

September-October Temperatures - Falling. Rain again.
