Britain had to send the entire war over the ocean to America, America had all the industry of war in its backyard. basically since the Americans did not have to ship the war overseas they were able to out produce the British and win the war.. In the beginning before the Americans really got the gears of wars rolling, the British stomped us.. also the Americans has high morale, they were fighting for their homes, while the Brits were far from home fighting for the king..
