the problems were mainly resolved by creating the current constitution. I'm sure you know all the disadvantages like no power to tax, couldn't raise a Federal army all that stuff. it was a extremely in affective document. shays rebellion proved that. the constitutional convention wrote our current Constitution. for more info just research the constitutional convention. have a fun time in social studies!
