Eventually, the Nazis created a more secluded and organized method of killing. Six extermination centers were established in occupied Poland where large-scale murder by gas and then body disposal through cremation were conducted systematically. Victims were deported to these centers from Western Europe and from the ghettos in Eastern Europe which the Nazis had established. In addition, millions died in the ghettos and concentration camps as a result of forced labor, starvation, exposure, brutality, disease, and execution.

Jewish prisoners were misled into believing they were going on a train ride to be "resettled" and many were gassed in the trains. Some did make it to different concentration camps, some starved to death, some died from illness while others were led to believe (children included) that they were going for showers and cyanide capsules were released in the showers (doors barred.) Some were told that they were going into the shower, but they were really going to be gassed. The cyanide they used was not as speedy as some and it took sometime before all Jewish people died in those showers. Experimentation were done on adults and children (especially twins) without anesthetic. Many people were killed in the holocaust, but some were servivors. Some were heroes to others. There was also homosexuals, communists, dissidents, protestant pastors, Catholic Priests, physicaly disabled people, and mentally disabled people, along with Jewish people. I could on and on, but this is an extremely horrendous subject to talk about and could hurt people who are of Jewish descent. there were loads of ways that they were killed. 1. Shooting always worked but it was rather expensive because it used up a lot of ammo. 2. Starvation/Overworking: the prisoners were given almost no food and brutal amounts of work. They were literally and intentionally worked to death 3. Often they were packed into rooms and then gassed. Sometimes there were so many people packed in that when they died, they didn't fall down. 4. And lastly, burning, they were thrown in large numbers either alive or dead into big ovens to be incinerated.
