You have to take it to a truck repair shot or dealership. The fault codes can only be read with software and a special adapter to link up to a computer.
This question, regardless of your intentions, asks for information which could be used for the commission of illegal acts. As such, we can't answer it here. My recommendation is that you call a specialist to come and unlock the truck.
Take it to a shop which has the appropriate software (DDEC for Detroit or Insite for Cummins), and they can change the parameters. If it's your truck to do this with, you should already know the ECM password.
