Well, if you mean people directly, then it would affect people's health. Fluorocarbon can be absorbed by skin and can cause redness, rash, cracking of the skin. Also it can cause liver damage, headache, the feeling of being "high", dizziness, loss of short term memory and in some cases heart damage also. But there are way more.
