If your talking about the daily intake of 500 calories then my answer to you would be-it depends on your diet, exercise, and body metabolism. The daily average calorie intake for a normal person is 2,000 calories(breakfast, lunch, and dinner). That means your only taking in 25% of the average calorie, and only consuming this much calorie could have a detrimental effect on your overall health, but if you want to only eat 500 calorie(which i recommend you DONT) i would probably estimate somewhere about 2-3lbs per week, at best? I am just extrapolating here, but this is my best answer. !!
You eat your breakfast too fast.
You should eat a heavy breakfast, so you want feel hungry.
On a 1300 calorie diet, a person can eat three full meals and two snacks depending on how many calories are in each meal and snack. These meals are breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack.
