There are laws about malnutrition, some of them are in the Universal Declaration on the eradication of hunger and malnutrition. To summarize them they are that everyone has the right to not be hungry, to cultivate, and to have food. Hunger is a word that connotes the body's physiological need for food. Malnutrition literally means bad nutrition. It could mean not enough food or not enough of the right food resulting in an unhealthy diet. Famine is a severe lack of food which can result in starvation and death.
not always! not eating a balanced diet can cause malnutrition even if the person looks relatively healthy. skinny people aren't always healthy :D hope that helps!
