Hypothetically, yes. There are certain poisons that have no taste, odor, or other sign that lets you know it's a poison.
The thing is, any poison that works slowly, isn't going to all of a sudden kill you. It's first going to cause symptoms. Eventually, you would get these symptoms checked out, in which time, you'd probably be told, 'Hey, you're being poisoned!' At which point you'd, hopefully, take care of it.
