How long have you two been dating? Have you been exclusive from day one or are did you just recently stop dating other people?
Take your time to get to know each other and just enjoy things as they are. Let her know you want to have sex with her only when she's ready. Get a feel, from general conversation, of her views on sex, Birth Control, children--things that will impact you in any relationship. Flirt, fool around and tease each other for as long as you both can hold out. Be prepared now, not later--make sure you have condoms and don't get caught up in the moment without one.
Never rush a good thing. The sexual tension is probably driving both of you crazy, but if you want a serious relationship with this woman, stave off for awhile. When a relationship starts with sex right off the bat, it becomes all about the sex and the sexual excitement and activities, and less about developing a real bond based on compatibility and actually liking each other. It's like you both focus on the sex long before you are emotionally intimate or mentally engaged --and the physical part tends to stunt the development of the mental part. Basically, if it becomes a relationship (rather than just casual sex for a couple weeks or a one night stand), the relationship is based mostly on sex and very little else to keep you together. Obviously, not always the case, but more often than not.
