By observing Equanimity. Buddhist look at all problems or the incidents makes him/her happy or unhappy at equanimity level. Because a Buddhist knows that all conditional phenomenon are subject to change. Happy and unhappy are the states of mind and conditional, therefore will be changing. Hence happiness and unhappiness is temporary and after some time it may ultimately result into sorrows. Therefore a Buddhist look at all problems through equanimity. Equanimity is a state of mind in which happiness or unhappiness does affect a being. Gradually it leads to permanent peace and happiness.
