All of the above answers are taken from the novel "Twilight" and are completely false. Vampires survive by drinking blood (half-vampires, vampires who are not fully turned or vampires not fully awakened, can drink their own blood to prevent anyone knowing what they are). Vampires will only have abilities if they would have abilities if they were human. [i.e. if a human could fly, which we know is impossible, so could vampires. As they can't, vampires can't.]
