I would describe his style of leadership as being assertive, aggressive, full of motivating leadership and energetic. He was a wise man. His use of the English language and many other languages was superb. He was part of the aristocracy yet he really was not paid well or very rich. He led with forcefulness and was mostly fair. He really did not understand the common Briton but he did rally for them.
