This is pure speculation of course. But suffice to say, Antony would have ruled supreme in Rome. He could`ve of course had himself declared dictator in perpetuity, but he wouldn`t have had the luxury of being named Caesar`s heir that Octavian did.
Having said that, if Octavian never existed, then Caesar`s son Caesarion or even Mark Antony himself may have been named as Caesar`s heir(s).
Without Augustus, there would`ve been no stability, of the kind that led to the beginning of the Imperial system.
The Empire, such as it was, would`ve fallen apart much earlier than the 5th century AD. It`s likely there wouldn`t have been an invasion of Britain either.
