There is no safe way to repair a plastic fuel tank, you must replace it.
No. That is a very bad, very dangerous idea.
Legal: Frop the tank. Not legal: Punch a hole in the tank. Don't make any sparks!
Could be age or damage. It could be the gasket (a cheap repair if you can do it yourself) or maybe the pan itself is damaged somehow (such as hitting a large hole in the road or driving over something , like a curb). A leaking gasket on an loder vehicle, especially with a lot of miles is very common.
Sounds like you either put a hole in your tranny or blew a gasket. The loud rattling noise when you hit the gas is what's left of your torque converter and/or synchro gears.
if your replacing the tank then just punch a hole in yhe bottom with a center punch, or disconect fill neck and rent a tank to suck it out
Wash the motor clean to better see the leak area. Check the water pump especially. There is a weep hole at the bottom and a leak can cause the belts to sling water everywhere.
If a plug is just stuck in the hole, it can be removed with the correct tool. You should use a spark plug wrench to remove it. Sometimes it just takes a little extra elbow grease.
open the hood, stand in front of your engine looking at it look down right, towards the space next to the battery(bet battery and engine) on that space right on the transaxle ther dip stick is really small.that would be your dip stick and filler hole aswell.

You need a 1/2" ratchet or a Johnson bar. The idler pulley has a square 1/2" hole that the square on the ratchet will fit in and allow you to turn the pulley and relieve the tension.
Many Plymouth Voyagers have the J-hook wiper arm. A person has to bring the old blade up, push it down over the hook, and then up over the hook. Next put the new blade over the hook, push it down so the hook goes through the hole, and then back in to catch the bar.
Voyager I and II are quite happily travelling away from our solar system and VERY unlikely to even encounter a black hole.
