Survival of the fittest
A need is something that is required for survival.
Survival human rights include the rights to life, food, water, shelter, and basic healthcare. Thrival human rights encompass rights that enable individuals to reach their full potential, such as education, freedom of expression, and participation in cultural life. Both sets of rights are essential for human dignity and flourishing.
This is a philosophical question with an economics twist. Briefly, "needs" are necessities, things essential to maintain life. For instance, food, water, and shelter are all needs. "Wants" are luxuries, things we can live without, but not essential to survival. For instance, those would include jewellery and make up.

Very peaceful, ask any rock. (It has no human needs.)
An autonomous body would be a self-sufficient body, or a body that does not rely on outside input for survival. For example, an autonomous human would not need food or water for survival.

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs represents the Psychology of human motivation based on what we need to survive. At the bottom of the pyramid are the most basic things needed for survival (e.g. food, water), thus the lack of these would be the greatest motivator for action. Each level progresses upward in terms of less of a need for survival, therefore less of a motivator. This isn't a question.
Survival of the fittest would be used to describe this situation.
