as in being mean most of the time..But sometimes shes nice when she wants to be but when u want he/she to be nice she doesn't want to be nice
I don't know who would 'love a teacher', but 'liking' a teacher is very common and would be people who understand and appreciate what the teacher's are teaching in an exciting way e.g.: "A teacher who involves students in activities to explain something".
He asked the teacher to explain the question. We cannot explain what caused the strange lights.
My teacher asked me to explain why I was late for class.Photosynthesis is difficult to explain.

By explaining when being asked to explain you should give in all the details of the question or topic which is given by a teacher/lecture.
You can go to your teacher after class and explain you problem. Explain how you are doing your part but your partner is bringing you down. Hopefully your teacher will understand.
This is yet another example of something which is not a question but is in fact an assignment set by your teacher for you to do.
Yes, it is because the tutor is teaching the student how to solve the problem! Just like a teacher would and explain :)
the teacher explained the math problem
explain the relevance of Newton's law of motion to P.E teacher
well what i would do in this situation i would call her over and ask her to explain it to you personally and if that doesnt work tell your parents and they could have a word with the teacher or the principal or they could have you moved into another class for that subject.............and if you dont like your teacher asked to be switched to another class but the same subject when you have that teacher and if your not allowed just keep your head down in class but ask questions if none of these solutions work then i dunno what to do but ATLEAST 1 should work:)
The best thing to do would be to speak to the teacher privately. Explain that you do want to learn, but that it's hard for you. Many teachers will hand out a syllabus, or a lecture outline if you ask.
