A true reciprocal love is already a soul connection. If you are in a committed relationship with the one you love, the work is already done.
If you are asking how to connect your soul to someone you love, but does not either reciprocate or even know of your feelings you are going about this all wrong.
A soul connection should not be done without the complete knowledge and express permission of the other person. Manipulation by magical means of the emotions and will of another person without said knowledge and permission is not just inadvisable but unethical.
Even in a Pagan handfasting (marriage) the wording is: "As long as the love shall last." Binding two souls together may sound good, but when it goes bad, it is truly terrible. Imagine being stuck with your worst ex for all eternity.
